SpiderRock Connect IGNITE App

The SpiderRock Connect IGNITE application is a live order and execution management tool that allows SpiderRock ATS clients (hereafter "Subscribers") to view live market data and analytics for a selected instrument. Via this service, these Subscribers can initiate Flash and Block auctions in the SpiderRock ATS as well as interact with public exchange markets via a suite of SpiderRock algos. IGNITE also provides Subscribers with the ability to manage their own active orders as well as orders staged to them from external systems. Finally, Subscribers can use this product to view and respond to Block Auctions initiated by other parties on the SpiderRock ATS.

What you can do from IGNITE in the ATS​

IGNITE provides a graphical alternative to the MLink and FIX APIs for participating in SpiderRock ATS auctions. From the application, Subscribers can:

  • Initiate Block and Flash auctions for individual option series and spreads, with full control over the auction parameters described on the Block Auctions and Flash Auctions pages.
  • View and respond to Block Auctions initiated by other parties on the ATS.
  • Manage active and staged orders, including orders staged to the Subscriber from external systems.
  • Interact with public exchange markets through a suite of SpiderRock execution algorithms.
  • Monitor live market data and analytics for the selected instrument while an auction is in progress.
